Communication Trainer

You will be responsible for identifying the specific communication skills gaps and training needs of individuals or groups in order to tailor effective programs. Conducting workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, or online learning modules using various techniques to facilitate learning and skill development. Providing constructive feedback to learners on their communication skills during and after training sessions to assist them in refining their abilities. Analyzing the overall impact of the training on individual performance and organizational goals, and making necessary adjustments. Developing resources such as module summaries, presentation slides, handouts, and online learning content. This position requires a female Communication Trainer with a qualification in any degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience. The salary offered ranges from 10,000 to 17,000 INR based on experience. The candidate should be proficient in Tamil and English languages. The work location is in Erode. The job type is full-time and permanent with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
