Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banking Partnerships And Alliances Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership development, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain partnerships with banking institutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint initiatives and programs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership development strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and partnership development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of the banking landscape, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
