Job Summary:

We are hiring a Banking & MIS Executive with 2–3 years of experience in banking operations and MIS reporting. This is a highly demanding and extensive role that requires extreme dedication, focus, and discipline. The right candidate must be self-motivated, self-driven, and able to handle responsibilities independently. Since this role often involves late working hours and a 6-day work week, only those who are serious about long-term growth and have strong family support for their career ambitions should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle extensive day-to-day banking operations including fund transfers, vendor/client payments, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Maintain strong coordination with banks and financial institutions for smooth operations.
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly MIS reports on cash flow, receivables, payables, and overall financial position.
• Track fund utilization, working capital movement, and banking position to assist management in decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in financial data reporting.
• Support in vendor reconciliations, client collections, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide banking and MIS-related data for audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all financial and operational activities.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in banking and MIS roles.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, reporting) and accounting software (Zoho Books/Tally preferred).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Must be highly dedicated, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Ability to work late hours and handle a 6-day work week without compromise.
• Should have family support to manage the professional demands of this role.
