We are expanding our Skills Department and looking for passionate educators to join us in shaping the future of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) training. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BFSI Faculty to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs in banking, financial services, and insurance. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of BFSI concepts, hands-on experience in the industry, and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver curriculum covering various BFSI topics, including banking operations, financial products, risk management, investment strategies, and insurance fundamentals. Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for students. Create engaging study materials, assessments, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in BFSI. Mentor and guide students in their career aspirations and help them build industry-relevant skills. Collaborate with instructional designers and other faculty members to improve course effectiveness. Provide timely feedback and assess students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises. Requirements: Education: MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA/FRM or relevant qualifications in BFSI. Experience: 3+ years of teaching experience or industry experience in BFSI sectors. Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial markets, investment management, and insurance operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools. Show more Show less
