Job Description

A Personal Loan Sales Executive generates leads, meets clients to understand financial needs, explains loan products, and guides them through the application, aiming to meet sales targets by assessing creditworthiness, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service, acting as a bridge between the client and the bank's operations.  Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential clients for personal loans, often through field visits or telecalling.  Client Consultation: Meet with prospects to understand their financial goals, eligibility, and requirements.  Product Knowledge: Clearly explain personal loan features, benefits, interest rates, and terms.  Application Management: Assist clients in completing forms, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring accuracy.  Sales & Conversion: Convert prospects into customers, negotiating terms and working to meet monthly sales quotas.  Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships post-sale, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction.  Coordination: Liaise with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.  Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide reports to management.  REGARDS HR MADHU
