*About the Role:*

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Banking Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth coordination with banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, bank reconciliation, and various online banking processes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage and operate multiple bank accounts efficiently.

• Perform daily/periodic bank reconciliations in Tally, including manual reconciliation.

• Execute bank transactions such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, online vendor payments, bill payments, and salary disbursements.

• Maintain accurate records, cheque books, bank documents, and related stationery.

• Coordinate with banks for account opening, loan processing, documentation, and compliance.

• Reconcile loan statements and manage the collection of NOCs and other loan-related documents.

• Prepare banking-related reports and assist the internal finance team as required.

*Requirements & Qualifications*:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in banking operations or finance.

• Strong understanding of Tally, banking processes, and reconciliation procedures.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
