Role Overview: Join our team in Strategy consulting for an exciting career opportunity to work on the CEO agenda of our most strategic clients across the globe. The Global Network (GN) Strategy Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on the CEOs most strategic priorities, providing strategies at the intersection of business and technology, driving value and impact, shaping new businesses, and designing operating models for the future. As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to advice and work with key global Capital Markets clients, driving end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze markets, consumers, economies, and conduct feasibility studies to uncover trends and opportunities in the Capital Markets industry - Work with Capital Markets clients worldwide to identify strategic goals and develop comprehensive plans to achieve them - Develop and execute strategies addressing challenges like cost optimization, revenue growth, redefining customer experience, and technological advancements - Partner with CEOs to architect future-proof operating models embracing the future of work, workforce, and workplace powered by transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics - Assist clients in reaching sustainability goals through digital transformation and ecosystem partnerships - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior client leadership (CXOs, Business Heads) to communicate strategic plans and recommendations - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda across the deal lifecycle, from target screening to post-merger integration - Enable clients to make effective business decisions through regular updates on industry trends, potential opportunities, and threats - Participate in the development of thought leadership content on key themes/hot topics in the Capital Markets industry Qualifications Required: - MBA degree from a recognized institution - At least 11 years of post-MBA experience in the Capital Markets Industry/Consulting with Capital Markets clients - Proficiency in wealth management platforms such as Avaloq, Broadridge, W360, Multifonds, Triple A plus, SEI Wealth, InvestCloud, etc. - Extensive experience working on data management projects in the area of wealth management - Knowledge of robo-advisory technologies and regulatory requirements related to wealth management platforms - Strong project management skills and ability to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders - Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in the wealth management space Additional Details: Accenture is a leading global professional services company, offering services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
