💼 Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard banks (Urban Co-op, Gramin, Small Finance, etc.) as channel partners
• Create and set up co-branded investment desks inside bank branches
• Train staff in each branch to sell mutual funds and insurance products
• Drive monthly MF & Insurance targets via bank employees
• Maintain strong relationships with senior bank leadership
• Build a scalable banking channel model
