Job Title: Customer Support Executive Banking Blended Process Location: Noida CTC: Up to 50,000 per month Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7) Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs) Process Type: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice) Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Assist with queries related to account information, transactions, digital banking, and other banking products. Ensure accurate documentation and follow-ups as required. Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support. Adhere to compliance and data privacy regulations in all interactions. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in a customer support or banking process preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Knowledge of basic banking and financial terms will be an added advantage. Must be open to working in rotational shifts and weekends.
