Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role as a Bank Back Office Executive. The successful candidate will handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and record management. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing financial transactions, supporting banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and liaising with internal teams for efficient workflow. The role also requires maintaining a high level of accuracy and timely execution while providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance-related tasks such as financial transaction processing, credit operations, and compliance with banking regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written Communication skills.
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage Credit-related tasks, including verification and analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail in documentation and data handling.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office, spreadsheets, and database systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively.
