Bancassurance Sales Manager (Tele / VRM Channel)

We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of Bancassurance Sales Manager (Tele / VRM Channel). The role involves managing sales activities for HDFC Bank through designated channels such as PB, Prime, VRM, VST, DT, etc. The position requires regular engagement with the HDFC Bank hierarchy to increase mindshare and drive sales effectively.Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales activities in the assigned HDFC Bank channel (Tele / VRM).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HDFC Bank branch staff and hierarchy.
• Generate business through effective lead conversion and cross-selling insurance products.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competition and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.                                                   

Required:

• Graduate with relevant experience in Bancassurance / Insurance Sales (Tele / VRM / Banca channel preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship management and customer handling skills.
• Preferably from the Western line (nearby Andheri location).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
