Job Description

Job Title: Executive Branch Relationship Officer (Phone Banking)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join as Executive Branch Relationship Officers. The role involves working closely with customers through phone banking and field visits, driving insurance sales, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle phone-based customer interactions and generate leads through banking customers.

Visit potential leads provided by the Tele-caller team, explain ABSLI products, and drive business closures.

Achieve sales targets consistently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ensure professional communication and presentation during client interactions.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (mandatory).

Candidates with NBFC Sales / Banking Sales experience will also be considered.

Age: Up to 32 years

Gender: Male / Female

Must have own two-wheeler (Bike) for client visits.

Skills & Expectations:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.

Should be stable in career (no frequent job changes).

Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
