As a Senior Agency Manager, you'll be a key driver of our growth, responsible for expanding our team of Health Advisors and ensuring their success. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit & manage insurance advisors/agents.

Drive sales through agency partners.

Achieve business targets & maintain strong customer relationships.

Expand the network through lead generation and referrals.

Eligibility Criteria

Full-time Graduation (Mandatory)

Age: Up to 35 years (preferable)

Field Sales oriented & willing to travel

Must own a two-wheeler

Local candidates with strong social networks

Excellent communication & presentability skills

Preferably from Insurance / BFSI / Agency Sales background

23 years of Agency Sales Experience (mandatory)

No-poach agreement with Niva Bupa & Care Health Insurance Co. Ltd.
