Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate group insurance business from customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Achieve assigned sales targets for insurance products
Follow up on leads, conduct customer meetings (physical/virtual), and ensure policy closures
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/branch systems
Educate customers on group insurance benefits and product features
