About The Opportunity

Healthcare — Clinical Services in Women's Health and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. We are hiring an on-site Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to support a busy primary/secondary care facility serving the Badarpur Border, Delhi area. This role focuses on delivering safe, timely obstetric and gynaecological care in a fast-paced clinical environment.Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Gynaecology (On-site, Badarpur Border, Delhi). Monthly compensation: INR 35,000–45,000. Accommodation provided.Role & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical care in the Gynaecology & Obstetrics department: antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management for on-site patients.
• Conduct routine examinations, monitor labour progress, and manage normal vaginal deliveries; escalate complications promptly to senior clinicians.
• Perform and assist in minor gynaecological procedures and support operative deliveries as required under supervision.
• Respond to obstetric and gynaecologic emergencies, initiate stabilization protocols and coordinate transfers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records, discharge summaries and ensure compliance with clinical governance and infection-control protocols.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, ultrasound technicians and visiting consultants to deliver continuous patient care and follow-up.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS or recognized primary medical qualification with valid medical registration (state council)
• Experience working in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or prior RMO/clinical post in a hospital setting
• Proven competence in antenatal care, intrapartum monitoring and normal vaginal delivery
• Ability to manage common obstetric emergencies and perform minor gynaecological procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Willingness to work on-site with shift-based coverage and on-call rotas
  

Preferred

• Experience assisting in Caesarean sections or supporting perioperative care
• Training or experience in pelvic ultrasound assessment
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
