Bali Quotation Specialist

In this role as a Thailand - Vietnam - Bali - Quotation Specialist at ETrav, you will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations for holiday packages and MICE services in Thailand, Vietnam, and Bali. Your duties will include analyzing client requirements, coordinating with suppliers to obtain accurate pricing, tailoring packages to client needs, and ensuring timely delivery of quotations. Your role will also involve maintaining updated records of pricing and offers and providing excellent customer service to travel agents. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage quotations for holiday packages and MICE services in Thailand, Vietnam, and Bali - Analyze client requirements and tailor packages to client needs - Coordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate pricing - Ensure timely delivery of quotations - Maintain updated records of pricing and offers - Provide excellent customer service to travel agents Qualifications Required: - Experience in preparing quotations and pricing for travel packages - Strong knowledge of destinations in Vietnam and Bali - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficiency in using travel booking and quotation systems - Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and team members - Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or related field,
