We're hiring a talented Artisan Baker skilled in sourdough, gluten-free, and vegan baking. The ideal candidate has a flair for modern presentation and a passion for creating high-quality breads and desserts. Hotel industry experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Bake artisan breads: sourdough, multigrain, gluten-free, etc. Create vegan and gluten-free desserts with modern presentation. Maintain hygiene, manage mise en place, and meet production timelines. Collaborate on menu planning and seasonal specials. Requirements: Proven baking experience (hotel background preferred). Knowledge of dietary baking (vegan/gluten-free). Creative presentation skills and attention to detail. Flexible to work mornings, weekends, or holidays.
