Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery and patisserie arts, an innovative mindset, and a passion for creating both classic and modern baked items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a diverse bakery menu, including cakes, breads, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Experiment with new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
• Train and manage kitchen assistants or junior chefs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management for cost control and menu pricing.
• Customize products for special occasions (birthdays, weddings, festivals, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Baker in a commercial bakery.
• Expertise in both Indian and international bakery items.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI regulations preferred).
• Creative flair and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Culinary degree or bakery certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,619.53 - ₹34,656.51 per month
