As a Bakery Staff at DCDP, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality bakery products while upholding hygiene standards, consistency, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with DCDP guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items such as breads, pastries, cakes, etc. - Adhere to standardized recipes and production procedures. - Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices. - Safely and efficiently operate bakery equipment. - Keep workstations and storage areas clean. - Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients. - Ensure product quality, freshness, and attractive presentation. - Provide support to team members during peak production periods. - Follow company policies and health regulations diligently. Qualifications Required: - Possess basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. - Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. - Demonstrate attention to detail and consistency in work. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Exhibit a team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. - Prior experience in a bakery is preferred, though training may be provided. - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Bakery or food production experience is advantageous.
