Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare a range of high-end baked goods (e.g. sponge bases, tart shells, cookies, biscuits) to complement our artisan chocolate products. Collaborate with chocolatiers to develop innovative flavor combinations and pairings. Ensure all baked items meet aesthetic and quality standards suitable for premium gifting. Manage consistency in production for large-volume orders, especially during peak seasons (corporate festivals, wedding seasons, etc.). Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. Assist in packaging input, ensuring baked items integrate seamlessly into curated gift boxes. Participate in R&D for limited edition collections and custom client requests Familiarity with chocolate handling or pairing is a significant advantage. Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure during tight timelines.
