Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Baking Professional with hands-on experience in: Sourdough baking (varieties of loaves, fermentation knowledge) Tray bakes and indulgent desserts Pastries with knowledge of shelf life and storage techniques The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency in large and small batches. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake sourdough loaves, focaccia, and other breads Develop and execute tray bakes and pastries with consistent taste and presentation Ensure proper hygiene, quality control, and shelf life management Experiment with recipes to bring innovation to the menu Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards Requirements: Proven baking experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of sourdough techniques, pastries, and desserts Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexibility to work mornings/weekends if required Formal culinary/bakery training is a plus, but not mandatory if you have hands-on skills Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) + performance-based incentives Why Join Us?
