Role Overview: As a Food Prep Cook at JW Marriott Goa, Vagator Beach Road, Goa, India, your main responsibility will be to prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards. You will also be in charge of preparing ingredients, using baking and measuring tools, and ensuring compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout your shift.
