Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Baker role based in Mumbai. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality products, such as cookies, bread, and other treats, while adhering to recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Daily tasks will include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with creating new recipes that align with vegan and gluten-free preferences. This role requires a strong focus on detail, efficiency, and creativity.

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques.
Skills in Food Preparation, including precise measurement and mixing of ingredients.
Expertise in creating products such as Cookies and Bread.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Knowledge or interest in vegan and gluten-free baking is a plus.
Strong time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
