Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bajaj Finserv Collection Agent, located in Shimla. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, working closely with customers to address overdue accounts, and ensuring payments are received in a timely manner. Key tasks include maintaining effective communication with customers, providing quality customer service, and ensuring adherence to procedural and regulatory policies while collecting payments and managing cash transactions. Proficiency in managing financial documentation and ensuring accurate records is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Finance
• Ability to manage payment records and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or collections-related role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is a plus
