The role at i-Solarlite involves providing comprehensive solar solutions, including rooftop installations and designing portable battery storage solar products. As part of the team, you will be contributing to reducing high electricity bills and promoting the use of clean energy to raise environmental awareness. This full-time, hybrid role for Backoffice Support Solar Installations & Social Media is based in Navi Mumbai, with the flexibility of remote work. Your responsibilities will include supporting back office operations, communicating with customers, handling inquiries, managing financial tasks, and assisting in sales activities. Additionally, you will be managing the company's social media presence to create awareness about clean energy solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess strong back office operations and customer service skills, along with excellent communication abilities. Experience in finance and sales activities will be beneficial, and proficiency in social media management and digital communication is a plus. The ideal candidate should exhibit outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and have previous experience in the renewable energy sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
