Job Description: As a Telecaller at our company, located in Pune, you will be engaged in making outbound calls to potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include describing product features, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns that the clients may have. It will also be your duty to keep records of all conversations, follow up on leads, and strive to achieve daily and monthly targets set for you. In addition to this, you will be required to generate reports, collaborate with team members, and work towards common objectives. We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills and have experience in telephonic sales or customer service. Attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role. Problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, fluency in English and local languages, and a high school diploma (higher education is advantageous) are also desired qualifications.
