About the Role

Backend Python Developer

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain
RESTful APIs
using
FastAPI
.
Integrate with
databases
(SQL/NoSQL) and ensure optimized queries.
Implement
authentication & authorization
(JWT/OAuth2).
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented
Python code
.
Optimize applications for
speed, scalability, and reliability
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
Write
unit tests, integration tests
, and ensure CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and debug production systems for performance and stability.
Stay updated with latest
Python backend frameworks & cloud technologies
.

Requirements

3+ years
of experience in backend development (Python).
Strong hands-on experience with
FastAPI
(or Flask/Django with willingness to move to FastAPI).
Proficiency in
Python 3.7+
and asynchronous programming (
async/await
).
Experience with
PostgreSQL/MySQL
and
NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
.
Familiarity with
Docker & Kubernetes
for containerization and deployment.
Knowledge of
RESTful API design
and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
Experience with
Git/GitHub/GitLab
and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of
cloud platforms
(AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
