We are hiring for Backend Operations Executives to join our team in Ludhiana. We have openings available and are looking for proactive individuals with a background in computer studies. This role is open to both male and female married candidates, and freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors through calls and emails to negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Data Management: Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate records and data.
• Employee Support: Assist in addressing employee concerns and evaluating their work performance.
• Training & Development: Help train and support staff to improve their skills and optimize workflows.
• Policy Execution: Assist in implementing the organisation's policies and procedures.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle various day-to-day administrative duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
