Job Description

Accurately enter and manage student and client data in the company s CRM or database systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Review and verify documents submitted by students and clients, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
Organize, maintain, and archive physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily retrievable for future reference.
Prepare and generate regular reports on student registrations, inquiry status, and other key performance indicators for management review.
Provide administrative support to the counseling team by preparing necessary documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Manage email communication with students, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
Monitor and track the progress of student visa applications, updating records and notifying relevant parties of any changes or required actions.
Liaise with external agencies, including universities and government bodies, to facilitate smooth processing of student applications and visas.
Maintain and manage office supplies and resources, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped to meet daily operational needs.
Ensure that all processes and documentation comply with company policies and legal requirements, assisting with internal audits as needed.
