* Prepare and maintain daily reports, invoices, and bills.
* Manage data entry, record keeping, and documentation in MS Excel & Word.
* Assist in backend operations related to CCTV sales, purchase, and service records.
* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and billing updates.
* Maintain accuracy in data entry and ensure timely completion of backend tasks.
* Generate and update MIS reports as required.
* Handle office correspondence, filing, and record management.

* Proficiency in **MS Excel** and **MS Word**.
* Good **typing speed and accuracy**.
