Our platform gives users access to trading strategies and curated investment baskets designed by SEBI-Registered Research Analysts, with the option to automate trade execution directly in their own broker accounts.We’ve built a thriving community of over 2.3 million users across social platforms and 400,000+ app users. 🕵️ Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with prior expertise in designing and developing high-performance backend systems on Cloud. This role would be responsible for building backend capabilities for our app and accelrate our growth initiatives. You’ll build backend systems that power live automated trading — where latency, reliability, and correctness directly impact real money.

💻 What You’ll Work On

Backend services that execute and monitor automated trades in real time
Designing fault-tolerant, event-driven systems (retries, idempotency, queues)
Improving latency, throughput, and reliability of production systems
Building APIs used by mobile apps and internal trading engines
Owning services end-to-end: design → deploy → monitor → improve

🎯 We’d Love To Have You If

6+ years of hands-on experience in programming with Golang or Python
Strong understanding of Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
Expertise in databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
Proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
Passion for mentoring and grooming engineers
Curious about learning new tools, discovering innovations, setting up new processes to make us better
Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and financial markets
