What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and own

  core backend services and APIs

• Work on scalable, production-grade systems used by real customers
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, founders, and product
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Optimize systems for

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have

  2–4 years of backend engineering experience

• Backend fundamentals are NON-NEGOTIABLE

  — strong hands-on experience required
• Experience with

  Node.js / Python / Java (at least one in production)

• Strong understanding of

  REST APIs, databases, and system design basics

• Hands-on experience with

  SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Understand authentication, authorization, and data security basics
• Write clean, readable, and testable code
• Enjoy building products from

  0 → 1

  and improving existing systems

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

• Have worked with

  microservices or distributed systems

• Are familiar with

  Docker, CI/CD pipelines

• Have built or scaled

  B2B SaaS products
