About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Development Intern (Backend Developer / Web Developer Intern) to join our engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, working with databases, and integrating APIs that power modern web and mobile applications. It’s a great opportunity for freshers who want to strengthen their backend development skills and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic for web applications.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize storage.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints for frontend and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth client-server communication.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot backend issues to improve performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with latest backend frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of backend development, APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java (any one preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Interest in learning server-side architecture, security, and optimization.
