Role: Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy robust backend features using Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Integrate machine learning models and pipelines into real-time production environments.
• Work closely with product and ML teams to ship impactful features.
• Solve challenging backend problems, optimize performance, and debug complex issues.
• Collaborate in a high-ownership, fast-paced team environment.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to enhance productivity and automation.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong backend fundamentals and solid debugging skills.
• Experience using or experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
• Passion for learning new technologies; no DSPy or MLflow experience requiredwe’ll guide you.
• Hands-on with personal or collaborative projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
• A curious mindset and ability to thrive in high-ownership environments.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

• Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis.
• AI/ML Tools: DSPy, MLflow.
• Cloud & Infra: GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Others: Git, GitHub, REST APIs, Async processing.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Prior experience deploying ML models or integrating with AI APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment workflows.
• Exposure to performance tuning and scalable backend systems.
