Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to join our team on a project basis. Whether you're a fresher with good technical knowledge or someone with up to 2 years of experience, if you’re serious about backend development and want to build real-world projects — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code
• Create and manage APIs and server-side logic
• Work with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Integrate frontend and backend functionality
• Debug, test, and optimize backend processes
• Collaborate with the development and design teams

Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and database systems
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team
• Version control (Git) basics
• Ability to solve problems and deliver quality code

Note: Freshers with strong project work, GitHub portfolios, or internship experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation:
This is a project-based role. Payment will depend on the scope, timelines, and complexity of each project.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
