Backend Developer

Experience Required: 3+ years
Location: Kolkata


Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic and APIs.
  • Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in React JS/ Node.js / Codeignitor / Laraval / PHP
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
