Job Description

Backend Coordinator / Project Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, set objectives, define scope, budget, and establish timelines.
Review and process project-related documents such as plans, specifications, and contracts.
Oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to the project plan.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project deadlines are met.
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project operations.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and conduct quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other project-related activities.
Identify and resolve project issues and challenges, make decisions, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Provide technical support to project teams as needed.
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
Manage technical team movement on site.
Track and approve material requests.
Manage the overall advances of employees and vendors.
