Back Office Sales Executive – Female candidate (Married preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 am to 6:00 pm)

1. Role Summary

The Back Office Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing data, handling customer communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The candidate must have strong communication, analytical ability (IQ & Maths), and good command over English & Hindi.

2. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain sales data, records, and reports (Excel-based).

Conduct data mining and online research (especially on Google).

Handle inbound/outbound follow-ups with customers and vendors.

Support the sales team with backend operations and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and updates.

Prepare MIS reports, daily sales reports, and product information sheets.

Maintain accurate data with strong attention to detail.

Assist in lead generation and database building.

3. Eligibility Criteria Must-Have Requirements (NEED):

Female candidate (Married preferred)

Age above 30 years.

Living nearby.

Strong Excel knowledge.

Good IQ, logical thinking, and Maths ability.

Good spoken English & Hindi.

Good communication style

No major career gaps / No high job jumping (No M C).

Data Mining skills on Google.

Technical background preferred.

Clear accent and good voice quality.

Understanding of FCD / Non-FCD customers.
