We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth functioning of our operations by managing administrative tasks, data entry, Audit & Compliance and providing essential support to various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage data entry and documentation processes
  • Managing Audit & Compliance work
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in back office operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
