Job Description

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate should have an MBA and a strong understanding of business processes, data handling, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal databases, records, and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting entries
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare presentations and reports as required
  • Manage email communication and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • MBA in any specialization
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in back office, admin, or operations (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of Advance MS Excel MUST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
