Primary Responsibility:

BRANCH RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

🔹 Back Office Executive Officer

Handle daily branch relationship tasks

Maintain accurate records and data management

Support the team in documentation and processing requests

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

🔹 Customer Service Executive Officer

Greet customers and resolve their banking-related queries

Assist with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and related services

Provide information on banking products and services

Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

🔹 KYC Verification Executive

Verify customer identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)

Ensure compliance with KYC norms and internal guidelines

Update KYC records and handle re-verification cases

Coordinate with clients for documentation requirements

🔹 Documentation Executive

Prepare, review, and manage customer documentation

File and archive physical and digital documents securely

Ensure accuracy and completeness in submitted records

Follow up on missing/incomplete paperwork

🔹 Data Entry Operator

Input and update data into banking systems

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity

Generate reports as required by the branch/team

Cross-check records for accuracy and discrepancies

🔹 Assistant Branch Manager

Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations

Supervise and guide branch staff

Monitor sales and operational targets

Address customer issues/escalations when required

🔹 Banking Officer

Assist in branch administration and service delivery

Promote bank products (loans, accounts, etc.)

Handle basic customer servicing and transactional tasks

Meet daily/weekly assigned activity goals
