We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive who will support our day-to-day administrative and coordination needs, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage documentation, project files, and internal records. ✅ Coordinate between departments and field teams for project updates. ✅ Prepare invoices, quotations, and follow-up emails. ✅ Maintain CRM entries and ensure data accuracy. ✅ Support HR, accounting, and customer service teams when needed.
