Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Back Office Executive

Preferred candidate profile

1. Tele-calling & Customer Coordination

Make outbound calls to customers for
payment reminders
,
follow-ups
, and
sales lead engagement
.
Maintain proper call logs, customer interaction details, and escalate cases when required.
Assist field teams by coordinating customer visits and sharing updated case details.

2. MIS & Reporting

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and collections.
Consolidate data received from different locations/teams and ensure accuracy before submission.
Track team performance, portfolio updates, bucket-wise collections, lead status, and other KPIs.
Share analysis and required dashboards with the Sales/Collections managers.

3. Sales & Collections Support

Assist in coordinating lead allocation, follow-up tracking, and report submissions.
Support collections team in monitoring overdue cases, delay trends, and follow-up outcomes.
Work closely with branch teams for document collection, verification, target monitoring, and performance updates.

4. Team Handling

Supervise and guide a team of
3 or more executives
in coordinating daily tasks.
Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Provide on-call/off-call support and escalate concerns to senior management when required.

5. Administrative & Back Office Operations

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data management of all customer cases.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (HR, Accounts, Operations) for smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality and data security as per NBFC compliance guidelines.
