Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and UCC creation across MF, PMS, AIF, and broking platforms.
  • Coordinate with AMCs, brokers, RTA (CAMS/Karvy), and custodians for execution of transactions, redemptions, switches, and corporate actions.
  • Manage SIP/STP/SWP registrations, reconciliations, and renewals.
  • Track and ensure timely settlement of trades, payouts, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of client investments in internal systems/CRM.
  • Support compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Resolve client queries related to statements, transactions, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Research team for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure zero error in data entry, MIS reporting, and daily operational tasks.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
