About N MEDIA LABS

Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle data entry, record management, and maintain company databases.
Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and reports.
Assist the sales and marketing teams with documentation and back-end support.
Manage emails, calls, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for basic follow-ups and information exchange.
Maintain accurate records of client contracts, transactions, and internal documents.
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Ensure smooth office operations with timely task completion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles (freshers can also apply).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Reliable, responsible, and a team player.

What We Offer

Fixed salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
