Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Back Office Executive to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

- Resolve customer queries and provide feedback in a timely and effective manner.

- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Take feedback from customers and escalate concerns to the management team.

- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (Freshers are welcome to apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
