Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage back-office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient support.
  • Handle accurate data processing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to achieve project deadlines and organizational goals.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases using MS Excel and related tools.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and provide timely reports for decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in BA/B.Com/BBA or related field
  • Freshers & experienced both welcome
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
