Back office executive

Location - Thane

Salary - 15 to 20k in hand

Role & responsibilities

Conduct credit appraisal, assessment, evaluation, processing, monitoring, verification, and underwriting activities for various loan products.
Perform KYC verification and disbursement tasks to ensure smooth lending operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to credit operations.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably).
Strong understanding of credit assessment, credit operations, credit processing, credit underwriting principles.
Proficiency in conducting thorough credit evaluations using relevant tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
