We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive MIS) to support our operational and reporting activities. The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining databases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Consolidate data from various departments and ensure accuracy before submission.
Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports as per business requirements.
Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and management for data inputs and clarifications.
Ensure timely submission of reports to seniors and cross-functional teams.
Support backend operations, documentation, and transactional processing.
Identify discrepancies in data and take corrective action.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Charts).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
