Shift and schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Assist in invoicing and other finance-related tasks.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer queries or complaints received via email or calls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in back-office operations, administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
